Venus Williams Taught Olivia Culpo This Legs and Arms Workout, and Sweat Was Flying by Round 2
For weeks, Venus Williams has been blessing our feeds with Instagram Live workouts, often featuring celeb guests or famous athletes (like, you know, her sister Serena Williams). Monday's workout was a legs and arms "burnout" session with former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo, and just a heads-up: it looks hard!
Williams is a former world No. 1 and 14-time Grand Slam winner, so tough workouts are only par for the course — and Culpo was understandably nervous! "I have not worked out," she admitted beforehand. "I tried to prep myself the past two days. Everyone was laughing, they're like, 'She's gonna kick your ass!'"
"You'll only be half dead," Williams joked back.
After a quick stretching flow and some breathwork to warm up, Venus got into the workout: three circuits focusing on the upper body and legs. Exercises included side lunges, front arm raises, bent-over rows, and split squats with a shoulder press. They threw in an extra ab burnout at the end, because as Culpo said, Williams's abs were really popping and we want to know her secret!
