"Part of my challenge with being diagnosed was to put myself first, to learn how to say no, and to learn how to listen to my body when it came to exhaustion, and to not take care of everyone," Crow told POPSUGAR. "To actually put my oxygen mask on before I put anybody else's on in order to save my own life."
