Following a recent emotional performance on Dancing With the Stars, Laurie Hernandez appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live to talk about where she keeps her medals, still having to do chores, and accidentally headbutting her dance partner, Val Chmerkovskiy.

Though the Olympic gymnast has been killing it on the competition show, she did admit to it being difficult. She said, "It's actually been a lot harder than I thought. For gymnastics, we have to be barefoot all the time and for dancing we have to go on heels. So, I was completely off my center of balance." She added, "Also, dancing with a partner, I wasn't used to that. I kept stepping on him and I headbutt him the other day . . . and then elbowed him."

After Jimmy asked her if she'd keep the DWTS trophy next to her Olympic medals, Laurie admitted that she keeps her medals in a safe so nobody touches them. Adding, "Hopefully if I get the mirror ball, then I think I'd want to put it in the center of my house just so everyone could see it — but I'd have to ask my mom first." After all, "mom's house, mom's rules," Laurie noted.
