Tracy Perez did a phenomenal job of taking viewers through the ups and downs of what it was like being a teen living with a serious STD. We see Vanessa transform — even her relationship with Ceci improves majorly. Following "East Los High," the New York City-born actor appeared in three episodes of "Animal Kingdom" in 2018 as Mercedes Alvarez and starred in a film titled "An Ornament of Faith" in 2020, and her latest role was in the movie "Section 8" as a character named Liza Mueller.
