My Husband and I Redid Our Honeymoon With Our Toddler in Tow — This Is What Happened
Ten years ago, my husband and I had our honeymoon in Canada. While not the typical honeymoon destination, we found it was part adventure, part foodie-fun, and an exciting celebration of our new lives together. We kayaked and surfed, I ate myself sick in not one but three of British Columbia's finest restaurants, and I got close enough to almost pet a black bear on the side of the road. It was perfect.

I quickly traded in my bridal shower lingerie for the portable travel potty, and we set out to see if we could recreate the magic. Here are five things I discovered in our attempt to find adventure and romance with a bedtime before 8 p.m.
