Do This 5-Move Halloween-Themed Circuit For a Killer Workout
Ready for a little Halloween fitness fun? We've got a spooky-themed workout for you, full of spiders, black cats, mummies, dead bugs, and corpses. Don't freak out though . . . it's all just exercise!
You can do this quick and effective circuit in between trick-or-treater visits, or while watching a scary movie. It might even be a fun way to get yourself toned up for your costume.
Warm Up With a "Black Cat" (Cat Cow)
Arch your back like a black cat to warm up for the next set of total-body moves. Take your time, and do as many Cat Cows as you need!
Make Your Heart Race With Spiders
There's nothing scarier than spiders, except perhaps this challenging push-up variation. Do two sets of 10 reps.
Get Killer Abs With a Dead Bug
You'll be feeling a little, well . . . dead after doing some dead bug moves. Do two sets of 10 reps.
Keep That Heart Rate Up With Mummy Kicks
Simple but challenging, this shuffling move with extended arms will have you walking like an Egyptian . . . who died and was then preserved and mummified in 2000 BC. Do your mummy kicks for 30 seconds, take a 10-second break, and repeat three more times for a total of two minutes.
Cool Down With Corpse Pose
Can't say we didn't warn ya, but this workout might have you feeling dead tired. Unwind from your spooky sweat sesh in Corpse Pose.
