I live in the West Indies, Trinidad and Tobago to be precise. In the West Indies we are not familiar with millet, quinoa, wild rice and hulled oats even though some grocery stores carry them most people don't know how to cook them. So this is a much needed info. Thank you! I am now able to purchase these whole grains and cook them accordingly. Loving your site!
