The pair mugged and kissed for the cameras, solidifying their declaration of being "professional posers" during their live segment — check out their appearance after the jump. It's been one year today since Heidi and Spencer's elopement in Mexico, but the couple won't be spending it together.
Heidi and Spencer Make a Run For the Border
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt continued their media tour of NYC yesterday with a stop at MTV to tape an appearance for It's On With Alexa Chung and chat about their book How to Be Famous. The duo also had time for a signing at Borders, where Heidi looked happy to hop on a table and pose with their product even though one of our sources says not too many people actually turned out to see them. The duo also had time for interviews with Tyra, Kelly Ripa and many more, twittering all about their many adventures.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt did their best to smile for the cameras yesterday as they arrived at LAX. They were on their way to NYC to begin promoting their new book, "How to Be Famous," but first up was the requisite kissing and posing for their friends the paparazzi. Unfortunately, their scheduled interview this morning on The Today Show ended up being cancelled — and that set off the latest round of Heidi and Spencer's feud with Al Roker.

It's one publicity loving couple posing as another, and also being the first to sport what is expected to be a popular costume this year.

Heidi and Spencer brought out their two maltipoos, Dolly and Inky the Ninja, for a photo op last week, and yesterday gave them a chance to show off their other new pup, Coco. Heidi and Spencer Debut Their Puppy Love!
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt brought their two new maltipoo puppies, Dolly and Inky the Ninja out for a photo shoot yesterday in LA — check out her look. It was the first time we've seen the fluffy duo, but Heidi and Spencer have been twittering up a storm about the dogs since Spencer got her Dolly for her birthday. Ninja joined the Pratt family a few weeks later, but is actually from the same litter as Dolly.
Heidi and Spencer Return to Ridiculous at LAX
Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt arrived back in LA yesterday after a quick trip East, where she took a turn cohosting The View. On the show she talked about how she's ready for kids and Spencer is upset about the baby fever, but all appeared to be going well for the newlyweds as they hammed it up for the cameras in California. This week they were back on new episodes of The Hills where that same drama played out.
