Now that we're deep into October, aka Halloween season, we're on a serious Fall makeup kick. Not that our daily beauty needs to be this intense, but we do like to add some oomph to our style — be it a bold brow, shimmery eye, or luscious lipstick. And Fall 2014 has been especially exciting because there are new brands to explore. Gucci branched out into makeup, Dolce & Gabbana added a skin care offering, and iconic British makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury brought her celebrity-loved label stateside. The matte brown shade is the ideal option for Fall contouring, when you skin has lost every last remnant of Summer glow.

We've been devoted Ilia users since the natural beauty brand launched a few years ago. The lipsticks have especially become a fan favorite. Now, the team has come out with the Vivid Concealer ($30) in six shades in addition to a tinted moisturizer range.

When this bright blue eyeliner shade arrived, we definitely had to look up the word delphinium. It turns out the title pulls from a garden plant with radiant violet blooms (so we're beauty experts not floral fiends). When we think of Tom Ford Beauty, one word comes to mind: luxury. This svelte packaging encases amazing product formulas. This new Concealing Pen ($52) doesn't require a brush to apply, meaning it can live at your desk for postwork makeup touch-ups.
Dolce & Gabbana Primer
Recently Dolce & Gabbana launched a skin care collection to add to its fragrance, makeup, and fashion empire. The new Sheer Radiance Makeup Base ($64) is an intersection between makeup and an antiaging serum. It goes on silky smooth, dries sheer, and has SPF 30. In fact, we wear it even on days when foundation isn't necessary.
Tata Harper Lip and Cheek Tint
We're already addicted to the botanical skin care line from Tata Harper, and now she is breaking into all-natural makeup with the Tata Harper Volumizing Lip and Cheek Tints ($35). The offering includes pink and coral blushes as well as one highlighter. But the best part is that like Tata Harper's other products, this makeup is actually good for your skin, too!
