You're already 3, I remember holding you when you were born and telling you how amazing of a baby you are," he wrote. "Everyday you continue to surprise me with your development, your love, and your big heart. Your smile is one that lights up every room you are in. According to Thompson, Prince has a special bond with his younger half-sibling, True. "I'm soo lucky to have you as a son papa. Your heart and soul is pure gold. Your sister is soo lucky to have a big brother like you to watch and protect her. Daddy Loves you baby boy," he shared on Instagram on Prince's fourth birthday.

Meanwhile, in In Craig's Instagram post for Prince's fourth birthday, she called Prince "the Smartest, Kindest, most Polite & most Loving little protector a Mum could EVER ask for," adding that he's her "dream come true." In another post, the model shared how having Prince changed her life for the better. Thompson and Kardashian announced they were expecting in December 2017 alongside a beautiful shot of Thompson cradling Kardashian's baby bump. "My greatest dream realized! We are having a baby! I had been waiting and wondering, but God had a plan all along," Kardashian wrote about the exciting news on Instagram. Thompson and Kardashian's daughter, True Thompson, was born on April 12, 2018.

Following the sweet addition of baby True to the extended Kardashian-Jenner clan, her grandmother, Kris Jenner, shared the special meaning behind her granddaughter's unique name. "I'm so excited to welcome my precious little granddaughter True!!! FUN FACT... my Grandfather's name on my Dad's side was True Otis Houghton....my real Dad's name was Robert True Houghton...so I am so excited Khloe named her daughter True!!!" the momager revealed in a tweet.

Unfortunately, just days prior to the birth of True, reports of Thompson's infidelity broke out, causing a hitch during what was meant to be one of their happiest moments as parents. Though they rekindled their romance a few times, they split up for good in June 2021, and now the pair successfully continue to co-parent their baby girl. On Dec. 1, 2021, Theo Thompson, a son, whom Thompson shares with former personal trainer and fitness model Maralee Nichols, was born.

When Nichols shared the news, it sent shockwaves through the Kardashian family and fandom because Thompson and Kardashian had reconciled and were dating at the time. While Thompson initially denied he fathered the child, a paternity test later confirmed he's the biological father of the newborn.

"Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son," he shared on his Instagram story in January 2022. "Khloé, you don't deserve this. The 31-year-old model shared the sentimental meaning behind Theo's name with People in February 2022. "Theo, my little angel baby. In mid-July 2022, Kardashian announced through her reps that she and Thompson were expecting a second child together, this one via surrogate. "We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November," a representative for Kardashian said in a statement, per The Hollywood Reporter. "Khloe is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We'd like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family." The rep clarified that the child was conceived a month before Kardashian became aware of Thompson having fathered Nichols's son, Theo.

Kardashian and Thompson announced the birth of their second child (and Thompson's fourth overall), a son, via THR on Aug. 6, 2022.
