Fox's Grease Live! might have been a roaring success, but the reception for the network's musical take on A Christmas Story has been mixed, to say the least. The Sunday night debut of the adaptation of the 1983 holiday film features some great performances and a scene-stealing role for Chris Diamantopoulos, which had some fans feeling alive with the Christmas (and Hanukkah) spirit. Others, however, found it to be more akin to the disaster that was ABC's Dirty Dancing reboot. So, (*Oprah voice*) what is the truth?
