Fresh off of cleaning up at the Emmys for creating, writing, and starring in Fleabag, Phoebe Waller-Bridge sat down with Seth Meyers on Late Night to discuss everything from the unglamorous realities of being a busy writer, to whether or not she'll ever return to the character who made her a Hollywood darling. In regards to the latter, there's hope! The catch? You have quite a wait ahead of you.

"I quite like the idea of coming back to her — well, me — when I'm 50, because I feel like she would have had, you know, more life then. God knows what she would've gotten up to," she explained. "And actually seeing a character like that in a later stage of life, I think, is exciting. But I think for now, she's been through enough! We've got to let her go!"

Now that Waller-Bridge is busy working on a number of other projects thanks to her $20 million deal with Amazon, she probably won't even have time to reprise her Fleabag role until then. Luckily there are plenty of other similar shows out there for you to obsess over while you wait.
