There are pretty obvious reasons why Sarah Jessica Parker's recent HBO comedy is included on this list. Though Parker has made it clear that her character, Frances, is not Carrie Bradshaw, there are plenty of other reasons her new show would appeal to "SATC" superfans, namely its deep dive into the complexities of relationships. It's fun to see SJP playing a different, though related, role, and of course the fashion might not be Carrie Bradshaw-level, but it also doesn't disappoint (who doesn't love a good coat?).
