The Most Damning Evidence: There has been so much unexplained evidence over the seasons (unexplained absences, unresolved clues, and even context clues left by "A" in texts and emails). Perhaps the craziest, though, is Ezra's stint as a red herring for "A" in season four. He has the capacity to act as this omniscient figure, he has a dark side, and he's been around since the start.
