Melissa McCarthy at Her Kids' Basketball Games Video

Melissa McCarthy Is the Ultimate Sports Mom at Her Girl's Basketball Games: "I Burst Out Crying"

Well, sports moms everywhere, we're happy to inform you that Melissa McCarthy is one of us. During an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Thursday, the Can You Ever Forgive Me? actress confessed to some questionable sideline behavior at her 9-year-old daughter's basketball games, and it's pretty hysterical. "Something's happened," she said. "I scream and I yell like I've lost my mind. I've become exactly the person I always feared I would meet."

But it's not all frantic shouting at Melissa's daughter's games — there were tears, real tears, after Georgette's first basket. "We all went crazy. My dad burst out crying. I burst out crying. And there was a woman behind us and she was like, 'I don't even know why I'm crying,'" the mom of two shared. Melissa might be shocked over her sideline antics, but we have a feeling her 9- and 11-year-old daughters are going to appreciate their parents' dedication to attending their games when they're older.
