SZA may be a successful Grammy-nominated artist, but there's still a lot in the world left for her to do, and just like all of us, those incomplete tasks are a cause of stress. The 27-year-old singer recently took to Twitter to share a screenshot of a conversation with her mother, who dished her finest advice for combating the things that impact our well-being. Whether you're going through something in your life or stress is something you deal with regularly, SZA's mother's advice is valuable and kind — and proves that no matter how famous you are, a heartwarming text from mom can go a long way.

"Some fire words from mommy I wanted [to] share for whoever needs em," the artist wrote alongside the text, seen below.

The advice entails breaking up the things that are stressing her out by "what must be done NOW, what can be done LATER, and what would be nice to do if you could but is OPTIONAL." By following these steps, her mom explains that she's "made more space in your life for the things you love and want to do." Because isn't that what life is all about anyway?

Whether your schedule includes late-night studio sessions and appearances, or simply attempting to manage the everyday balance of going to work and picking up the kids at school, this motherly advice is something we all can appreciate.
