Scott, who is three months postpartum with her third child, will demonstrate postpartum modifications. Dancer and fitness instructor Poofy Moffitino will take it up a level with advanced movements, and her mom, Cindy, will show beginner versions. This short session is perfect to add anytime you need a quick movement boost.
