That's why trainer Val Solomon created this fun and challenging routine for you to get in 10 minutes of hard work before going about your day. Using only a mat, this workout is perfect for anyone who wants to get in a quick sweat sesh at home.

Val starts by sharing her tips for getting the most out of your home exercise space, then moves into a dynamic warmup to loosen the muscles. The circuit includes five exercises that are performed for 30 seconds each with 15-second rests in between.
