This bodyweight routine incorporates lots of floor work, so be prepared to use your mat (or do it on a soft surface, like a carpet). You'll start off with dynamic warmup moves like Cat-Cow and twisting lunges, then work your way into upper-body and core exercises like planks, push-ups, and more.
