Join fitness trainer Rachel McClusky for a 30-minute low-impact cardio circuit, alongside class members Mikayla Campbell and Nikita Chaudhry. In this routine, you'll start with McClusky's signature standing arms series, followed by lateral lunges, kickback pulls, bird dogs, and glute bridges — along with many other moves that will challenge your body from head to toe. You'll end with a rewarding cooldown to stretch it out. The moves may be low impact, but you will feel challenged to be your best self! All you need for this workout is some space to move, and a workout mat or soft surface.
