"I had never been comfortable in my own skin," Lindsey told POPSUGAR when asked why she wanted to gain weight. She described her mindset at the time as needing to be skinny and unhealthy. Because of this, she decided to join SWAT Fitness in Tucson, AZ, to learn about nutrition and strength training.
