Offering almost 12 grams of protein and over nine grams of fiber, this overnight oats recipe takes five minutes to throw together before bed. Then when your alarm goes off, this jar of apple pie goodness will pull you softly out of sweet slumber, perk up your taste buds, and get you off to a happy start. These oats can be enjoyed cold, or for more of an apple pie feel, pop your jar in the microwave.
