Snack: Cinnamon-Vanilla Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    • 1/2 tablespoon almond butter
    • 1 chopped medjool date
    • 1/4 cup diced pear
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Blend all ingredients and a handful of ice in a blender until smooth, about 30 seconds.
