Do You Work Out on the Weekend?

The best way to stick to a workout routine is to make it just that — part of your schedule. On weekdays, knowing you've got to fit in exercise before work or during your lunch hour is the key to seeing results and feeling healthy, even if you only have a few minutes on some days.

When it comes to the weekends, you may have a lot more freedom in your schedule — which can mean a longer, more-involved workout, or finally time to rest and relax (after all, rest days are important to your routine too). What's your weekend workout style like?

I like to take 2 days off per week to recover, mostly they are on the weekend! but when I have a really busy week I sometimes take days off during the week and go workout the weekend instead :)
