A good way to remember to drink more water is to break it up and do it at times that you can remember. Drink 1 cup of water as soon as you wake up. Drink another right before you brush your teeth. Drink a cup before every meal. ...before you know it, you will have consumed the recommended amount of water.

wow didnt know about lemon, mint, cucumber, and ginger water i just thought to drink it plane. i also click through to ready the benefits. i will definitely start to add the extras into the water. i read an article at where a Virginia Tech medical trial said that drinking water before a meal helps curb your calorie intake.
