While most of us can agree that quitting our jobs to become a Victoria's Secret model might be a little out of the question, we've found a more realistic way to achieve our Angel goals thanks to Josephine Skriver and Jasmine Tookes aka JoJa. The dynamic duo has a joint Instagram account where they share their daily workout moves and right now, we're talking about butts. . . because you ain't got none unless you got buns, hun.

Josephine took to Instagram to share a move from her booty workout and it's a variation of traditional lunges that we're so into right now. Reverse lunges place less stress on the knees while still giving your legs and butt a solid workout. Josephine amps things up even further by adding weight to the move in the form of a Landmine, a piece of equipment that anchors a barbell to the ground while allowing for complete range of motion.
