How Kit Rich Has Mastered the On-the-Go Workout

Celebrity trainer Kit Rich is all about fitness on the go. After working with clients on the road for more than a decade, Kit decided that she'd had enough — no more lengthy workout sessions with complicated moves and an array of equipment. So she simplified it and created KICHGO, now available on Glow by POPSUGAR.
