During the recent 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Michael Phelps became the most decorated athlete of all time. Now, a mere month later, he's suffering through a barre workout just like the rest of us.
Michael and his fiancée, Nicole Johnson, recently attended a class at a Barre3 location in Paradise Valley, AZ. Based on Nicole's telling caption, it sounds like Michael didn't have the easiest time mastering the ballet-inspired, core-intensive workout. After thanking the instructor, she noted that she "had fun watching" Michael "get through" the class. It goes without saying that we would love to get our hands on any footage of said class!
