What Is a Sound Bath?

I Tried a Sound Bath to Help My Anxiety and Migraines

A nice, warm bubble bath might help you relieve anxiety, but what about a bath made of sound? An ancient healing practice, a sound bath involves crystal singing bowls and chimes that literally bathe you in sound and help some people relieve stress and negative feelings. It's thought to be a sort of meditation, where all you need to do is lie down and let your mind clear as the chimes fill your head and send shivers down your spine. We tried it firsthand when anxiety- and migraine-sufferer Lily turned to sound baths at The Den Meditation to help her reach a new level of zen. Could this be the solution she's looking for?
