Shall we? Three exercises to get a strong back: 🔹Pull Ups. The mother of all back exercises. Like for realz. Can't do one? Get a resistance band and loop it around the pull up bar and under your knees to assist. 🔹 TRX Rows. By Simply using your body weight you can start to develop the muscles in ur back. Primarily your lats! Lean back and Pull!! 🔹 One Arm Rows. Put same side knee and hand on a bench. Other foot on the floor and grab and dumbbell. With a flat back row the weight by driving your elbow up. Working the body unilaterally activates the core. Rep range will depend on your goals.
