Popsugar Fitness Instagram Mom Working Out With Baby Son Watch This Mom Crush Her At-Home Workouts — With a Little Help From Her Baby March 27, 2017 by Victoria Messina View On One Page Photo 4 of 11 ADVERTISEMENT () Start Slideshow I have started going to the gym early in the morning again since I don't like feeling like I'm rushing Hunter's nighttime routine. The most special part of the day for me is when I'm rocking him to sleep. It's so special and he's the most precious angel when he's sleeping, but aren't all kids?! 😬 ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Anyway, I was up at 3:30 and in the gym by 4 and out by 5:30 so Keith could then go to the gym. Before I got pregnant that was my routine every single day, so I just have to get used to it again. The weather is lame and dreary today, so I decided to grab Hunter and do some oblique work and overall core strengthening to add some fun to our day. It's not always easy or possible for some mommies to get to the gym, so incorporating your baby into your workout is a fun way to workout and spend time with your little one. Hunter loves being lifted and he drools so much! I definitely got a good amount of drool on me during this workout (always have a burp rag handy lol). Whatever your situation is, try to make some time to workout and I guarantee you'll be feel great that you did! Motivate yourself and the motivation becomes contagious to those around you! • • • #motivationmonday #momlife #motivation #npcbikini #npc #fitmom #fitness #fitspo #fitness #fitbodyfusion #iifym #iifymgirls #postbaby #postpartum #girlswholift #abs #hunteradamrizor #inspiration #ifbb #workout #igfitness #bodyafterbaby #bodybuilding #mommyandme A post shared by J E S S I C A Q U I L L I A N (@jessicaquillian) on Feb 20, 2017 at 3:20pm PST Share This Link Copy ← Use Arrow Keys → 4 Oblique Exercises Previous Next Start Slideshow InstagramBabiesWorkoutsHome WorkoutsFitness MotivationPostpartumPostpartum Bodies
