I always try to focus on the positives from every situation but also allow myself to feel sh*tty at times - as long as I don't stay there. 😂 This week has been... umm... fun 🤔 and by that I mean 💩😂. I hurt my hip while walking - my sacro iliac joint is unstable due to the changes my body is going through in my pregnancy. The pain was horrible and I couldn't move when I first did it. 2 days after seeing my amazing exercise physiologist @jonofreeman.rehab and I'm pretty much back to normal. I'm definitely keeping up with exercising to keep my hips, glutes, core & back strong & work of having good posture & balance - which is important not only during pregnancy & for birth but for anyone! - (Watch my IG story) . On top of that I also have been experiencing bleeding gums and discovered I had a gum infection when I went to my dentist - it was NOT fun getting that all cleaned out! 😒😩😨 - It's done now though which is a positive! 😃👍🏼 - There are all these things that happen during pregnancy that I had NO IDEA about! 🙈 It's all good though, I still feel extremely grateful and blessed to be growing @recdedmond's and my little human. All of these unpleasant things are well worth it! So bring it on pregnancy - what else is in store for me I wonder? 🤔😝 . .
