Drizzle the chicken with some olive oil and toss with the garlic, chili flakes and onion powder. Store in the fridge for 30 minutes. On 3 small baking sheets arrange the chicken, broccoli and sweet potatoes on each one. Drizzle with oil and salt and pepper. Bake for 15 minutes then remove chicken and broccoli. Cook sweet potatoes for another 15 minutes or until cooked.
