Start standing with your leg crossed over and slowly sit back. I love the deep stretch + control this allows. . 👉🏼 When stretching, try adding deep breathing to increase flexibility. When you exhale, your muscles will relax allowing you to sit deeper into the stretch. Try a couple of breath cycles to get you 0.5-1 inch lower at a time. 🤸🏻♀️ .
