"I love to go on jogs with my Golden Retriever outside," she said. "I love being in nature, and actually there's been a lot of studies that have been done that say if you go on a run or a simple walk outdoors without your phone for at least 20 minutes a day, your memory and mental health improves. Being with a cute dog helps, too!"
