Grilling adds a whole new level of flavor AND cool trick I discovered is that these babies will not turn brown and disgusting after being grilled! Which means #mealprep hack! Simply cut Avo in half, remove seed and brush with avocado oil and lime juice. Grill for 3-5 minutes and brush with lots more lime juice. Eat immediately or for meal prep storage, put 2 Avo halves together and wrap in foil or plastic wrap-store in fridge. Eat within 2 days! .
