Y7 Studio and Girlfriend Collective Teamed Up to Create Clothes For Women in "Many Shapes and Sizes"

When Sarah Larson Levey started Y7 Studio in mid-2013, a chain of Vinyasa-style facilities with dark lighting and a "give-no-f*cks," love yourself attitude, she wanted it to be about inclusivity. That aspect was, for her, missing when she started yoga. "I don't care where you're coming from, I want you to walk in that space, and I want you to have your own experience," she told POPSUGAR. The yoga flows at Y7 Studio are all conducted in candlelit, heated rooms with no mirrors, and the classes are paced to the beat of music (yes, even Cardi B).

The studios are meant for everyone, even if you haven't tried yoga before, Sarah explained. That's why she signed on for Girlfriend Collective's first-ever co-branded collection. "They have such a broad range of sizing, and I think that's so important as fitness and boutique fitness is getting more and more ingrained into everyone's daily life," Sarah said. "Working out is not just for the athletic person anymore."
