While taste is of utmost importance, you don't want to be slathering your veggies in something that's not healthy. When I checked out the list of ingredients, I was pleased. It's made with a base of coconut cream, canola oil, water, red wine vinegar, parsley, garlic, sea salt, shallots, chives, black pepper, dill, and aside form the xanthan gum, it's all the healthy ingredients I'd use if I made my own homemade vegan ranch.
