Salinaro, USA Para Taekwondo's first woman athlete as well as the league's first athlete with Cerebral Palsy, already qualified for the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics. She changed her Instagram bio to "Tokyo 2021" and later wrote on her Instagram story, "grateful for another year to prepare."
