As a self-described cold brew connoisseur, I was most excited for the Cold Brew + Roasted Espresso Bean Chip, and it tastes like a cacao affogato with dark chocolate chips. The ice cream is made with actual organic coffee, and it's peppered with roasted espresso bits and 100 percent dark chocolate chips. I love a dessert coffee after a nice dinner (ask my husband about the Baileys and coffee I always order when we're out), so this will be the perfect sweet treat in the evening.
I also enjoyed the Pistachio + Toasty Buttery Hazelnut Crunch because the chunks of hazelnuts really stood out. I like pistachio ice cream because of the salty and savory combo, and the maple syrup and cashew butter made it just sweet enough. The ice cream tastes like a hazelnut-pistachio nougat and has a hint of olive oil.
