Earlier this month, Taylor Swift blessed the world with her second album in less than a year, Evermore. We've been playing it nonstop since it came out, and now, thanks to Maddie Lymburner, we can workout to it, too.
The fitness YouTuber posted a full-body Evermore dance workout featuring some of the album's best songs. The 14-minute video includes "Willow," "Gold Rush," "Champagne Problems," and "Long Story Short." A follow-up to the critically lauded Folklore, Evermore has a more mellow, slow sound than a lot of Swift's music, and these songs are no exception. Like its predecessor, it's an emotional roller coaster, to say the least.
Lymburner's gorgeous ballet-inspired choreography combines pliés, arabesques, and more. You can check out the full video above — as Lymburner says in a comment, "Remember, the goal is to have fun & move your body!" So don't be afraid to dance like nobody's watching.
