Selena Gomez has a lot on her plate. She's filming a movie with Woody Allen, just announced her partnership with Puma, and released a handbag collection with Coach. On top of all of that, she's releasing new music and is spending lots of time with her boyfriend, The Weeknd. With that schedule, you'd think she's always stressed out. But, Selena recently told Vogue she has one trick that helps her unwind and feel at ease.
"When it comes to that stuff for me, I love feeling like I'm getting all the stress out. I'm not a very aggressive person; I'm more emotional. So not to be cheesy, but my stretching and all of that really makes me feel like I'm getting stuff out," she told the magazine. "So I like to do that a lot throughout the day. Sometimes in front of the fireplace, so it just feels warm."
