Zoe Saldana on Raising Twins on The Late Show July 2016

The 3 Things That Make Raising Twins Easier, According to Zoe Saldana

Just go ahead and call her Super Mom. Zoe Saldana stopped by The Late Show on July 18, where she discussed her role in the upcoming Star Trek Beyond movie, which hits theaters July 21. But the Dominican- and Puerto Rican-American actress also took the opportunity to weigh in on what it's like to raise twin boys under the age of 2 in between filming blockbuster hits — and she totally kept it real.

"I'm the best at going, 'Oh, hi! Hey, can you hold [my baby] here.' I'm really good at that," she hilariously told the show's host, Stephen Colbert, before expressing admiration for the kindness of strangers willing to lend her a hand. As far as her other keys to busy-mom success? "Caffeine and a husband that I just boss around." So relatable! Press play above to watch Zoe elaborate even more on parenting her little ones, Bowie and Cy, and how she's feeling since her costar Anton Yelchin's tragic passing last month. Then, take a scroll through her sweetest moments with her supportive husband, Marco Perego.
