Now that fitness trackers seem to be the next big thing that's here to stay, there are nothing but options if you're in the market for a new gadget on your wrist. With more and more fitness gadgets being unveiled at the International Consumer Electronics Show, happening this week, 2015 is proving to be a good year to splurge on your quantified self. Fitbit Charge HR
The Fitbit Charge HR ($150), announced late last year, is now shipping as of Jan. 6. Similar to the Fitbit Charge, the Charge HR tracks your steps, distance traveled, and sleep, plus displays caller ID when synced with your phone via Bluetooth. Unlike the Charge, however, the Charge HR includes a feature that's becoming more and more prevalent in newer tracker models: a built-in heart rate monitor that continuously tracks your pulse via an LED sensor. It's a great way to measure your resting and active heart rates as well as keep track of your optimal training zone when it's time to sweat.

Garmin Vivofit2
The Garmin Vivofit debuted in 2014, and while it was a solid, reliable fitness tracker, its features and look both felt a little basic when compared to its flashier counterparts like the Jawbone UP. The new Vivofit2 ($130 without heart rate monitor) is a step up from that model. Not only does it come with new features like audible alerts, a backlight for better viewing in dimly lit places, and an activity timer, but the company also released new bands, like these gold and silver stainless steel options, that up the fashion aspect to around-the-clock wear.

Polar A300
Part 24-hour activity tracker and part sports watch, the new Polar A300 ($160 without heart rate monitor) is perfect for the athlete who also wants to know her stats when she's not in the midst of a sweat session. In addition to tracking steps, distance, calories, inactivity, and sleep, the Polar A300 can also help you determine your fitness level and progress, and pairs with a heart rate monitor strap to measure your workouts accurately.
