Just a question, with the side pushup, does anyone else's arm shake uncontrollably while it's the one supporting the body? or am I doing something wrong?

ahaha Fit that is funny but so true...hanging the workout on the fridge...that's what I do with a calendar and I mark off the days I worked out...seeing thoses X days motivates me even more to work out every day.
