Leighton Keeps Things Buttoned Up For Gossip Girl
Leighton Meester joined Chace Crawford, Blake Lively and Ed Westwick yesterday on the NYC set of Gossip Girl. Unlike her edgier performance look at Tuesday's American Eagle party, Leighton kept things prim and proper as she got into character as Blair Waldorf. You guys aren't quite sure what to make of Leighton's tendencies to strip down when she goes into musical mode, but she's not the only Upper East Sider who likes to show a bit of skin.
Chace and Taylor Film While Ed and Jessica Stay in Fashion
The cast of Gossip Girl spread out all over NYC yesterday. Taylor Momsen was dressed up to film alongside Chace Crawford, who was back on set after turning out to support Blake Lively at a screening of The Private Lives of Pippa Lee over the weekend. It was Ed Westwick's turn to get fancy last night, when he joined girlfriend Jessica Szohr at the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards.

The leading ladies of The Private Lives of Pippa Lee hit the red carpet in NYC on Saturday evening. Blake Lively didn't address rumors she's going into business with Victoria Beckham as she smiled for the cameras, while her boyfriend Penn Badgley mingled with fellow Gossip Girl actor Chace Crawford behind the scenes. Robin Wright Penn, meanwhile, showed off her new dark hairdo as she posed alongside Julianne Moore and Keanu Reeves.

Blake Lively and Chace Crawford took a coffee break between scenes on the set of Gossip Girl on Wednesday. Cutie Penny, who is only slightly bigger than Blake's Starbucks cup, snuggled up and got some love from mom. The costars have been spending a lot of time together on and off screen, grabbing lunch last week and attending the premiere of The Stepfather with the rest of the cast on Monday night.

Blake Lively and Chace Crawford grabbed lunch together before Blake took off still wearing Serena's sexy lace tights to shop with friends in NYC yesterday. This season of Gossip Girl has been steamy from the start, but things are just heating up since there's a threesome to expect in a few weeks. We don't know who will participate in the ménage à trois, but if Serena and Nate happened to be two of the three it would be a blast from the past for GG romance.

Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr took a break from working on Gossip Girl Tuesday to spend the afternoon touring NYC with Ed's parents. Even though Ed's mom and dad were right there, he and a ripped jean shorts-wearing Jessica didn't feel the need to tone down their PDAs. They're clearly a couple who loves a good public makeout.

Leighton Meester and Blake Lively hit the red carpet at yesterday's Emmy Awards in LA, while Jessica Szohr was back in NYC where she laughed it up with Chace Crawford on the set of Gossip Girl this morning. The rest of the gang wasn't on set, but Jessica and Chace had enough wardrobe changes and scenes to keep everyone occupied. The kids from the Upper East Side will be back tonight with the second episode in the third season, with lots more drama sure to come from the whole college-bound crew.
