11 Moments That Made the Golden Globes Worth Watching in 2015

Fey and Poehler's monologue may have been their best one ever, because it really felt like they topped themselves. No one was safe from their zingers, and even the Bill Cosby bit that went a little bit awry got so ridiculous that the joke righted itself. Meryl Streep was right — we're really going to miss these two.

Cumberbatch was already slotted to be a presenter, so this wasn't actually a real surprise, but it was awesome when Fey and Poehler pretended to pick an audience member at random to present with Jennifer Aniston, and they landed on Cumberbatch. The best part was this hilarious reaction.

Clooney picked up a well-deserved lifetime achievement award, and in his speech, he did exactly what we hoped he'd do: talk about Amal. Clooney sounded every bit like a smitten newlywed, in awe of his bride.
