Grab Some Tissues, Because Sterling K. Brown Has Revealed When Jack Will Die on This Is Us

The focus of Sterling K. Brown's night at the Golden Globe Awards might have been on his incredible win (and acceptance speech) for his role on This Is Us, but the actor also managed to drop a few spoilers about the hit NBC family drama. While walking the red carpet with wife Ryan Michelle Bathe on Sunday, Brown stopped to chat with E! News during their Golden Globes pre-show, where he let slip a significant clue about when Jack Pearson's death will finally happen onscreen.

"Before this season is over we will see how Jack Pearson dies," Brown confirmed to Ryan Seacrest. "I won't say too much more about it, but there's only eight episodes, so it will happen soon."

The show is in the midst of its emotional second season, which has seen some great arcs for Brown's character, Randall Pearson. Randall and wife Beth (Susan Kelechi Watson) set out on an adoption journey, and further fueled the theory-heavy fandom that surrounds the award-winning show. When This Is Us returns, not only can we expect a conclusion to the Jack saga, but also Randall's tense confrontation with his brother Kevin (Justin Hartley), who closed out the Winter finale by driving drunk with Randall's daughter in the car.
