Thorne, aka EmKFit on YouTube, takes on six certified K-pop smashes to create this 20-minute cardio workout: songs like "Dynamite" and "Mic Drop (Remix)" by BTS, "Boombayah" by Blackpink, and "Left and Right" by Seventeen. As for the moves themselves, you'll be doing simple and high-energy choreography with squats, squat jacks, lunges, and jumps.
