Coconut Maple Hot Cocoa


  1. 1/4 cup canned coconut milk
    1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder
    1 teaspoon maple syrup
    1/4 ounce dark chocolate, chopped
    Pinch ground cinnamon
    Pinch ground ginger


  1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and heat over medium high. Whisk ingredients together until well combined. Bring the mixture to steaming and continue stirring until all chocolate has melted, about 5-6 minutes.
